Picture a nail salon and the typical nail care services spring to mind—manicures, pedicures, sculptured nails. But at Pamela's Nail Boutique and Salon, these services just scratch the surface of what's offered at one of Tulsa's most unique boutiques.

Owned by Pamela Huffines, the boutique not only offers the typical nail care fare, but also specialty items and services, including hair care. The boutique is as unique as its owner, who brings a wealth of experience and interests to her business.

Huffines, a licensed nail technician, also owns Candy Fountain Gifts & More, which is a customized gift basket company that creates delicious cookie and candy arrangements and other personalized gifts. Patrons of Pamela's have easy access to Candy Fountain Gifts and can browse selections and place orders at the boutique.

A love of pageants inspired Huffines to add gown rentals to her business model. In 2004, Huffines participated in the Mrs. Oklahoma America System Pageant, earning the title Mrs. Greater Oklahoma. She competed in other pageants, including the Mrs. Galaxy International Pageant. Huffines also was named Mrs. Oklahoma America Ambassador.

Pamela's rents gowns for pageants, as well as bridal gowns, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses, and more. Pageant participants can rely on Pamela's for pageant gowns, plus all other pageant attire including interview suits, swimsuits, talent costumes, and shoes. The boutique also rents accessories for weddings and pageants, as well as prom gowns.

Of course, Pamela's also offers nail care services in spa-like comfort. Pedicures and manicures, both offered with or without paraffin wax, are relaxing and pampering experiences. Patrons can also request artificial nails, overlays, or fill-ins. There are also artistic enhancements available for nails—from nail art to rhinestones.

Pamela's newest talent is Teresa Parker, who is the boutique's licensed hair stylist. Cuts and styles, coloring, highlights, weaves, braiding, flat ironing, and more are among the services offered.

Bridal party packages are available for nail and hair care services.
